especially considereing the number of kids trick-or-treating with boxes, and then when i got back to dormland there were two girls trick-or-treating for unicef on my hall.

except for the one girl who tries to save them and yells at people for killing them.

we had an episode with a bug tonight in our room.

i have the sunrise side, not the sunset, but the clouds are pink and purple this evening and it's pretty.
the sky behind the clouds is a pale blue and yellow in places.

my brita story

so as one of you may know, i have a brita in my dorm room.
i fill it and then empty it in my water bottle.

i usually empty and fill it about once a day.
today i filled it in the afternoon.
i just emptied it again because i wanted to fill my water bottle for tonight and so i could fill it in the morning
(also you should know i went out to dinner, and i have NO IDEA how many times they filled my water glass)
and so i filled my bottle, and there was only an inch of water in the bottom of the brita, so i drank some of the bottle, and added more water, ok there was still water in the bottom of the brita, i drank more, you see how the story goes.

i need to go pee again.

and fill my brita
and brush my teeth
and get ready for bed.

my knee (infact my leg, not just my knee) aches.
and i have cramps
and i'm a mess.

however i'll not blame the weather for all that.
just the leg.

and it's fucking 7 o'clock and it's already fucking dark out.

and the large door on the chicken coop won't shut with all the water in the air.

and today's wash didn't dry on the line, but i don't want to deal with hanging sheets inside along with the load of towels and other stuff.

and i move thursday.

aside from my lack of pan greasing skills (the bottom of at least the first loaf of bread didn't come up with the rest of the bread),
it's good.

and i haven't tried the one with chocolate chips.

weeding

some days i like weeding.

and some days i don't.

today was one of those days.

i didn't like weeding the cabbage,
but i did like weeding the broccolli.

what makes them different?

the cabbage and weeds were HUGE,
the brocolli and weeds were smaller (but not as small as the ones around the lettuce and mustard greens).

being able to sit down while weeding was a big part of it.
